Hi, i'm Sam!
I am the proud owner and baker at Cornish Cakey Tea and I've turned my baking hobby into my dream job. I live for the 'happy cake look' on my customers faces when they see their wedding cake for the first time, bite into the freshest homemade cake or see their eyes light up with glee at the sight of gorgeous treats on my stall!

Who We Are
At Cornish Cakey Tea we are proud of our heritage and our authentic, homemade cooking, rooted in Cornish culture and sense of community. Our mission is to provide delicious cakes and bakes to our local customers and those visiting the area, support fellow small Cornish business, and showcase the best of Cornish produce and home cooking. We believe good food brings people together and the Cornish do that best. Whether that's sat on a picnic rug at Godrevy beach with your special person or gathered around your kitchen table at home with all of your tribe, sharing in the joy of a good 'Cakey Tea'.
We are proud to have been awarded the highest standard of food hygiene levels by our local authority. All our bakes are homemade, whilst this means they are delicious and fresh, it also means that there may be traces of allergens in all our food via cross contamination. If you would like detailed information about any of our bakes, including the ingredients used and potential allergens, then please make contact as we will be happy to help.
Delivery Information
All orders can be placed on our website, via social media messaging or by email. We can also provide various alternatives so send as a message for any special requests.
Our bakes can be collected from the Illogan area of Redruth or delivered within a 10 mile radius for a delivery charge of £3.50.
